Earlier in this week, we have witnessed the Southern Vipers to play against the Yorkshire Diamonds and we did see the latter to win by three runs then. They handed over the defeat to Yorkshire Diamonds in a way worth watching. On the contrary, YD has got a record of winning only two out of the eight matches. Talking about either of their performances, YD is still lagging behind by positioning themselves at the bottom of the points table while on the other end, the Vipers are leading the table just below the topper, i.e., on the 2nd position. Both of them would now be facing each other and indeed, this would be a chance for the YD to prove their potential while on the other hand, the Southern Vipers would keep on with its fight to retain its position.
The following match would be held the York Cricket Club in York between the Southern Vipers and the Yorkshire Diamonds. This 26th match of the Kia Super League 2019 will be commencing today at 2.30 PM local time, I.e., 7 PM IST or 1.30 PM GST. This is supposed to be a happening time for either of the teams now!
Coming to the weather reports, the match timing would go absolutely hassle-free during the match and it is expected to have clear skies during that time with the sun shining straight away. Besides, predictions say that there won’t be any downpour during that time.
Probable Playing XIs:
The probable 11 from the team would include Lauren Winfield (C), Alyssa Healy, Bess Heath, Cordelia Griffith, Hollie Armitage, Jemimah Rodrigues, Alice Davidson-Richards, Leigh Kasperek, Linsey Smith, Beth Langston, and Katie Levick.
The probable 11 from the team would include Danielle Wyatt, Suzie Bates, Marie Kelly, Fi Morris, Tash Farrant, Tammy Beaumont (C & WK), Stafanie Taylor, Maia Bouchier, Paige Scholfield, Amanda Wellington, and Issy Wong.
Last but not the least, I would like to mention that this is going to be a tough fight between the two! Even though the Southern Vipers have had a strong track record of winning matches so far, this could be a surprise match for them this time, and YD may get away with the victory trophy this time!
No wonder surprises enhance the intensity of the match and we would love to see more of them coming up!
