The latest study has been published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Researchers said it is unclear how well running is good to prevent the risk of death from any cause and especially from heart disease and cancer.

To know the pace, amount, researchers again look at the study and they found more than 13 studies, which involves 232148 peoples, whose health had been followed for between 5.5 and 35 years. In this processing time, 25,951 people who have participated get died. And when they compare both the report then the researchers come to know that the people who regularly run have higher life and people who don’t run have died earlier.
People who run on a daily basis was linked with a 30 percent lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease, and a 23 percent lower risk of death from cancer. An individual who runs 40 to 50 minutes daily or runs 5 miles a day has less risk and they live a much healthy lifestyle as compare to people who don’t run daily.
