The Goldfinch is adopted from the most best-selling novel worldwide in the year 2014 that also won the Pulitzer Prize for its excellent fiction. It believes that the film’s story manages to impress the audience on the big screen because it managed to fascinate them in the form of a novel. The film’s story revolves around a young man trapped in apathy as his childhood memories haunt him and he eventually ends up shaking hands with the world of forgery. The Goldfinch has some really strong and intense plot that delivers a gripping storyline.

Rotten Tomatoes gave the movie a rating of 28% based on 60 reviews, with an average rating of 4.5/10. The Metacritic scores the movie of 41 out of 100 based on 20 critics. The Goldfinch has received mixed to negative reviews from the critics’ and if seen in this way, then the film will appear on the big screen as an average film. But the point of view of the audience is far different from critics so the final result is yet to disclose for The Goldfinch.

The Goldfinch is directed by John Crowley and produced by Nina Jacobson, and Brad Simpson under the production banner of  Amazon Studios and Color Face.
