John Abraham’s Batla House is a full dose deal of actions, emotions and romance punched together, all at once. Definitely, it is going to be a good feed for someone who is a kind of combo lover! John did exceptionally well in the movie, just the way he does in any other film. Therefore, for all those of Abraham’s fans who are still waiting to take a visit to the theatre, let me tell you that you can undoubtedly finalise it and you won’t be disappointed!
As a disgraced police officer, he was absolutely precise with his operations and the film made a really good attempt of balancing out the narrative in a pleasant manner without taking any sort of apparent aspects. It was realistic and nevertheless, Abraham has held his ground!
Here, we see John play the role of Sanjay Kumar wherein he has tried to picture the real-life hero of our society, DCP Sanjeev Kumar Yadav; who has been a recipient of the Gallantry Award.
Batla House has witnessed decent growth in the Box Office. The release of this film had somehow clashed with the release of Mission Mangal on the event of Independence day which seemed to pose an impact on the box office collection of the film as well.
Batla House Box Office Collection day-wise:
• Day 1 (Opening Day): Rs 15.55 crore
• Day 2: Rs 8.84 crore
• Day 3: Rs 10.90 crore
• Day 4: 12.70 crore
• Opening weekend: Rs 47.99 crore
• Day 5: Rs 5.05 crore
• Day 6: Rs 4.78 crore
• Total: Rs 57.82 crore
During the last big hit of the actor as well, we had seen his film “Satyameva Jayate” to have collided with Akshay’s “Gold”. Likewise, this year too, we have seen that his film has clashed with the Kumar’s film, “Mission Mangal”. In 2018 Satyameva Jayate has made an earning of Rs. 80.50 crore, and since it has managed to earn approximately 58 crores so far, we are expecting it to take another week to complete a collection of Rs. 100 crore in total.
Well, that doesn’t actually matter for audiences do always have their own set of preferences and with Abraham and Akshay’s fan base; we are looking forward to seeing more craze in their eyes and love in their hearts for their favourite stars! However, for the entertainment lovers, both the films have got their own aspects to cover; thus, you can choose either of your doses or prefer to have both!
